Anonymous asked: What are you're thoughts on Phosphofructokinase (PFK)? Does it really deserve all the credit and attention of being the main regulatory control point of the Kreb's cycle? What about pyruvate kinase (PK)? If it didn't exist we would never get to pyruvate in the first place, then how are we supposed to get to Acetyl CoA?! It's always PFK PFK PFK! What about PK!?
